Nathan is a reserved, hardworking gentleman. Jessica – expressive, radiant, and kind.
Jessica and Nathan’s wedding took place on their farm in Hammond. This is where Jessica grew up, and the place that they now together call home. Soon they’ll bring the place back to its former glory, and dairy cows will fill the property again.
Months of house and garden projects payed off. An arbor was built, roses planted, walkways paved, and a giant porch painted. Having a wedding in your own back yard is certainly stressful, but everything was perfectly set up for a wedding. These two are such a sweet, hardworking, and humble couple! I loved watching their sweet exchanges, and seeing their joy.
I’m a big fan of having a first look! Jessica and Nathan were for it – so they saw each other for the first time that day out on the porch. Choosing to see each other before the wedding really does make the rest of the day go so much easier! It alleviates some of the pre-wedding stress, and since all of the group pictures can be taken care of before the ceremony, the couple can generally head straight to the party after the ceremony. And who doesn’t want to party as soon as possible?
Thank you so much, Jessica and Nathan for allowing me the privilege of being a part of such a grand moment in your lives. It was truly a pleasure working with you!
